Our company will have a business consultant go to the location of the business and analyze your business operation, cash flow and cost reduction. The consultant will explain to the owner or executive how to improve or enhance certain parts of the operation, which will help the company’s overall operation and bottom line to increase. If the owner or executive manager wants AC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES to create or develop any reports or plans, there will be extra fees which the consultant will discuss at the time of the business evaluation. The fee for the business evaluation includes the drive time and any expense that occurs for the business consultant to arrive to the business location in Southern California.
